It all starts when you click the “Book Now” button. Make sure you choose each service you would like to allow us enough time to complete your look. Also choose which service provider you'd prefer. New clients also include the new client consultation when booking any color service. Be sure to include your cell phone number, address & email when filling out your profile. If you have any questions or aren’t sure what to book feel free to send us an email. I will get back to you within 24 hrs. We also welcome you to book a free consultation as your first appointment to discuss your needs and options.
Once booked you’ll receive a text & email confirmation that your appointment was indeed booked. If we have any questions about your appointment we will reach out to make sure we have enough time marked out. 72 hours before your appointment you’ll be sent a link to confirm your appointment, simply click on it to confirm. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, We require at least a 24 hour notice to allow time to fill that spot with someone from our wait-list. Finally, you’ll receive a courtesy reminder 24 hours before.
The big day has finally arrived! (Are you as excited as we are?!) You’ll arrive at the salon to find ample parking. We are located inside Bombshell Culture Salon
Beavercreek, Ohio. It's right behind Knickerbocker Pools. You’ll come in the main door where you’ll be welcomed & greeted. After you get settled in feel free to enjoy the complimentary wifi and coffee and snack bar.
Here we go! We’ll chat about your hair history, long term goals and any issues or challenges you may have with your hair. Make sure to bring any inspiration pictures you may have. This will help us better understand the desired look you’re going for and come up with a plan. Take comfort and know that our goal is to always keep your hair healthy and all our recommendations will be with that in mind. Finally, we will get started! Your custom formula, history and recommendations will be recorded so it’s always ready and waiting at your next visit. After a relaxing shampoo we'll complete your custom cut and style. We always include styling tips to help you recreate your look once you get home!
Once you’ve had a chance to check out your gorgeous self! We'll go over recommendations for at-home care, and get you set up for your next appointment to maintain all that awesomeness! If time allows we’ll snap a few pictures for social media, with your permission of course, and only use the best, most flattering images.
